We are Norman and Dorothy White and are writing this endorsement for "Hefty Insurance Agency" and Agent / Owner Delores Hefty.
We would like to start this letter with an explanation of why we are doing this; I (Norm) a retiree, like many others had my company secondary insurance cancelled. They were gracious enough to recommend an insurance company. At that time not knowing where to turn and I didn't want to be without insurance, I signed with the company. The monthly cost for a couple was quite steep for us living on retiree wages.
A lady in our church must have heard us discussing this, and told us to talk with Delores, (a member of our church) she had helped her out with insurance. We were new in the church and had no idea who Delores was, but w found out and made an appointment.
We met with Delores the next day. She went over our present policy and recommended another policy with practically the same benefits, but at a lower monthly premium which really helped us financially. She also recommended a company for our prescriptions. We found Delores very knowledgeable on insurance and explain things very clearly, in other words she is very easy to talk and listen to. We now have a new insurance agent, but more important a friend. We recommend Delores and will continue to recommend her to anyone with insurance problems.

Delores Hefty and I met through the Lion’s Club. I was having difficulty paying for my medicines and Delores was able to guide me to a solution to my problem. Delores has also helped my brother with his health insurance needs. We both appreciate her help very much.
I was divorced after ten years of marriage and didn’t have any insurance or medical coverage or any kind. My mom told me of her agent Delores Hefty. I made an appointment, went to her office and she helped me fill out my papers and I am proud to say I now have insurance and Mrs. Hefty helped me with a patients prescription plan, I get some drugs free and some I pay small fee. Our steel mill filled bankruptcy we lost all our medical privileges. We were in our mid sixty’s and trying to buy insurance the premium was so expensive. We attended several seminars; one particular was with a new agent named Delores Hefty. I took one of their cards, called her and she gave us excellent notes for insurance and helped us get prescription coverage, not only is she a great agent but a friend. I recommend her everyone I can.
I had insurance with another company, in three years my premium tripled. I told my sister I couldn’t afford the premiums any longer, she told me her insurance agent, and made an appointment with her. When I left her office I was paying less than the first year of the other company. The agent name is Delores Hefty of Portage In. She not only is a great honest caring agent, but will helped you with whatever problem she can.
Just a few words to say thank you to Hefty Insurance, Delores. Delores has been taking care of my insurance needs for several years and I am very pleased with her service! She has helped me saved money and find the best policy of insurance. I appreciate very much how Delores has helped me. And I look forward to her help in the time to come!
